My story is unique in that it talks about a disorder that is so rare – even doctors and other seasoned healthcare providers don’t always know how to diagnosis or treat. While this is a memoir, it is also a resource that people who also suffer from rare migraine conditions helpful, as there is such limited resources around hemiplegic migraine.
